Marketing Associate / Social Media Coordinator
1.0 Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Department in both administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency of marketing activities, campaign execution, and the overall growth of the company.
2.0 Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily face-to-face (F2F) sales tasks to maintain department functionality and coordination.
- Perform market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage online content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Provide general office support, including handling phone calls, sorting mail, and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with team members and support marketing initiatives as required.
This role requires teamwork and collaboration, with regular working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. However, flexibility is necessary for attending events outside regular hours.
3.0 Requirements & Skills
- A proactive and self-driven team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Tamil (compulsory).
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Graphic Designing or a related field is preferred, or candidates can showcase relevant skills and experience.
- Basic guidance and training will be provided, but candidates are expected to self-learn and work proactively.
- Solid understanding of office management and marketing principles.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Creative skills, including content writing, graphic design, and video editing.
- Basic IT proficiency, including data analysis using spreadsheets and creative software for visual content design.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
