
Junior Performance Marketing
As a Digital Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will strategize, set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns from Awareness to Conversion and Lead Generation, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel are crucial for tracking and reporting performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies for paid campaigns (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention).
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
- Implement lead generation campaigns to drive high-quality conversions and optimize cost per lead (CPL).
- A/B test creatives, ad copies, audiences, and placements to improve performance.
Optimization & Performance Tracking
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROAS.
- Analyze conversion data, audience insights, and ad engagement metrics to refine strategies.
- Implement pixel tracking, first-party data strategies, and conversion APIs to ensure accurate campaign tracking.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain real-time performance dashboards using Google Sheets & Excel, integrating data from multiple ad platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROAS to optimize campaign budgets.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with creative teams to brief on ad creatives, messaging, and audience personas.
- Coordinate with clients and account managers to align campaign goals with business objectives.
- Explore and test new campaign types, ad formats, and automation tools to improve efficiency and scale results.
RequirementsMust-Have Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media in a digital agency or similar role.
Hands-on experience in setting up and managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads with measurable success.
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and lead generation strategies.
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, automation).
Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
Knowledge of UTM tracking, conversion APIs, and event tracking.
Ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic recommendations.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
Bonus Points
Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools.
Understanding of marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace and influencer marketing.
Google & Meta Ads Certifications are a plus.
Experience in conversion tracking, server-side tagging, and UTM tracking.
