The Interior Renovation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing interior renovation projects from start to finish. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all renovation work aligns with client specifications and safety regulations.
Responsibility
- Responsible for measuring and coordinating the renovation of new stores and overseeing the procedures for site access.
- Supervise and monitor the renovation progress of stores to ensure timely completion in alignment with the opening schedule.
- Track the progress of the store renovation project according to design specifications (including renovation, maintenance, fire safety, etc.), ensuring quality control is maintained throughout.
- Implement company guidelines and regulations for renovation projects, ensuring that the entire construction process adheres to design requirements and meets acceptance standards.
- Oversee construction work and inspections, ensuring the renovation quality meets the required standards and that the store’s design aligns with the company’s brand image.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions in the renovation field, collecting and providing relevant information on prices, processes, and quality.
- Manage, schedule, inspect, and process payments for engineering work related to store renovations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to facilitate effective communication with clients and partners in Mandarin-speaking regions.
- No formal academic requirements; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with a background in interior design or construction-related fields.
- At least one year of experience in retail or specialty store renovation and project management.
- Strong familiarity with store renovations, supervision, material management, and relevant operational systems.
- Proficient in construction techniques, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and independently manage construction projects.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and willing to travel frequently, with excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
