Digital Marketing Lead (remote)
Job Overview
The Marketing Lead is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing all marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Head and Country Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with sales goals and market-specific needs. The Marketing Lead will manage marketing campaigns, oversee the team, and ensure the brand maintains a strong and consistent presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set clear marketing KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize for better ROI.
2. Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Head to ensure marketing strategies support sales targets and overall company goals.
- Coordinate with the Country Marketing Manager to tailor and execute localized marketing plans effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution of campaigns.
3. Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, PR, and events.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content and creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign analysis to measure success.
4. Digital Marketing
- Drive digital growth through SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and implement best practices for maximum impact.
5. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels and materials.
- Enhance brand positioning and awareness through targeted initiatives and partnerships.
- Monitor market perception and adapt strategies as needed to maintain a positive brand image.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.
7. Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Allocate resources strategically across campaigns and initiatives.
8. Reporting & Insights
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies based on data and feedback
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
