Job Summary

As an Executive – End User Support, your primary responsibility is to provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users within the organization. This role involves responding to inquiries, diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues, and escalating more complex problems to higher-level support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and requests through various channels.
  • Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents or escalate them as per SLAs.
  • Provide basic hardware and software support for devices and applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common IT problems (connectivity, software errors, login issues).
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for IT service delivery.
  • Follow established procedures for problem resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for efficient issue resolution.
  • Offer basic training and tips to users for system and application use.
  • Adhere to security policies and support IT compliance efforts.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Service Desk or Helpdesk roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for quick issue identification and resolution.
  • Effective communicator, result-oriented, self-motivated, independent, and able to collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Primarily office-based with potential on-call or after-hours support on a rotating basis.

  • Candidates ready to be relocated to Beaufort, Sabah are preferred and prioritized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
