JOB SUMMARY
The Resort Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of all resort facilities, equipment, and guest accommodations. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and responding to guest service requests to maintain a high standard of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fix plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Perform general repairs (painting, carpentry, appliances).
- Maintain pools, landscaping, and outdoor areas.
- Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests.
- Follow safety rules and keep records of work done.
Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance, repairs, or facility upkeep.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
- Ability to use tools and maintenance equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
