In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement.

In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement.
Policy Valuation Function Comprises
- Policy (no cash value) termination
- Surrender of Traditional Life and ILP policies
- Policy loan
- Cash benefit/Cash back/Cash bonus withdrawal
- ILP Partial withdrawal
- Advance premium deposit withdrawal/refund
- Process customer requests under the policy valuation function for traditional life, ILP and Term policies in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality:
- Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.
Who we are looking for:
- Degree holder with at least 1-2 years working experience in Life insurance policy servicing, working in the policy valuation function.
- Knowledge on Life, ILP and term insurance plans will be added advantage.
- Keen learner and able to work independently
- Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, able to process requests with accuracy and meet service standards
- Problem solving skills
- Hardworking, meticulous and dedicated team player.
- Willing to work long hours and weekends (if required) to support peak period.
- Good team player with keen eye to details and ability to work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office.
