Job Responsibility

  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, including computing wages, and allowances, checking attendance, medical claim, leave update, maintain employee files and update in the Human Resources system.
  • Conduct interviews and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Handles disciplinary issues and grievances of employees to ensure issues are being resolved fairly and as per employment law.
  • Coordinate documentation and administration of recruitment, letter/memo, confirmation, extension/termination, resignation, transfer and other movement of staff
  • Upkeep, register, process and make a monthly contribution for all statutory, process and generate EA forms annually.
  • Liaise with government bodies pertaining to statutory issues/compliances such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB, etc.
  • Review the HR policies, SOPs and Employee Handbook in compliance with the legislation
  • Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, facilities management, and responsible for general upkeep and cleanliness of the facilities.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Min 3 years working experience
  • Have the knowledge of Industrial Relations practices, Labour Law and latest Government regulations.
  • Good knowledge of Payroll system and HRIS will be added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality
