- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across various departments.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team culture.

- Job Advertising & Sourcing:
- Create and post job advertisements on multiple job boards, social media, and company website.

- Shortlist candidates and present top candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Interviewing & Selection:
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Administer skills assessments or psychometric tests when necessary.
- Provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
- Offer Management:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms (salary, benefits, etc.).
- Coordinate with the HR team to prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Candidate Experience:
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s culture, values, and mission to potential candidates.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other initiatives to promote the company’s employer brand.
- Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to management.
- Use data to identify trends and optimize the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
