  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Administer skills assessments or psychometric tests when necessary.
  • Provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Offer Management:
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms (salary, benefits, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the HR team to prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company’s culture, values, and mission to potential candidates.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other initiatives to promote the company’s employer brand.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Use data to identify trends and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding Support:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
