Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact between the delivery team and the organization, managing OTC processes and resolving related inquiries (e.g., invoicing, payments, customer data).
- Lead process improvements, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment of desktop procedures with current practices.
- Support the local Finance team and collaborate with various departments to drive effective process changes and improvements.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A solid foundation in Accounting and Finance principles is a must.
- Fluency in Korean and English languages.
- Open to Malaysian nationals or native Koreans; the company will offer an Employment Pass (working visa). This role involves close collaboration with Korean stakeholders, so fluency in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in the PJ office 4 days a week.
