- Key in all company expenses and operational expenditures into the AutoCount system.
- Record and manage data related to company operations.
- Generate and update data related to company operations on various sales platforms.
- Provide clear visibility of company numbers, including total sales and total expenses.
- Handle company correspondence and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of recorded data.
- Assist in preparing regular reports as required by the management.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum Diploma in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry software and accounting systems (experience with AutoCount is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
