Responsibilities:

· Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings.

· Meeting with consultants, project team and contractors on a regular basis to ensure the design, construction, installation, and commissioning works are planned.

· Regularly report to the M&E Manager on the progress of the building works and the problem areas encountered.

· To liaise with internal and external consultants, project team and contractors in keeping track on the authority approval status of the projects assigned.

· Managing mechanical and electrical elements of high-rise buildings.

· Take responsibility for and manage the onsite installation and commissioning of all M&E activities.

· Liaise with consultants, project team, contractors, suppliers and third parties as appropriate.

· Manage development of design concept and options.

· Perform other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

· At least 8 years of working experience in construction project management or relevant field.

· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office such as Power Point, Word and Excel are required.

· Ability to coordinate with consultants and contractors for solving any site technical issues.

· Quality awareness, good communication and interpersonal skills are preferable.

· Experience in mixed development projects is an added advantage.
