Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager at Mafar Academy.
The role is located in Shah Alam but allows for some work from home.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development.
The ideal candidate needs to be active on LinkedIn and support the group’s online initiatves for our growth partners.
Daily tasks involve formulating HR policies, developing the teams playbook, handling payroll, resolving partners matters, conducting training sessions and sharing content on LinkedIn on relevant topics.
The role also requires developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's vision and mission.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
- Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and training skills
- Have a strong interest in leadership and people development and highly resourceful.
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
