Compensation Structure

  • Malaysia: Fixed salary + KPI-based incentives + commission
  • Indonesia & Other Countries: Commission-based

  • Qualifications

    • Proven experience in new business development and lead generation
    • Strong background in sales and account management
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in education technology (EdTech) or software sales is a plus
