Job Description:

  • Work on customer retention programs, including making outbound calls to customers to understand and address their concerns, preventing them from leaving/dropping their coverage.
  • Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls or emails to remind them about their premiums due, encourage continuity of coverage and facilitate reinstatement for lapsed policies.
  • Comply with relevant regulations, internal guidelines, and procedures.
  • Manage customers’ complaints and feedback, escalate when necessary and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to achieve fair outcomes and resolution.
  • Deliver delightful service experience by providing accurate and timely response that meets the targeted service turnaround time.
  • Comply with relevant regulations, internal guidelines, and procedures.
  • Support the business in achieving its financial goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • At least 5 years of customer services in life insurance
  • Able to handle multitask simultaneously.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
