Job Description:
- Work on customer retention programs, including making outbound calls to customers to understand and address their concerns, preventing them from leaving/dropping their coverage.
- Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls or emails to remind them about their premiums due, encourage continuity of coverage and facilitate reinstatement for lapsed policies.
- Comply with relevant regulations, internal guidelines, and procedures.
- Manage customers’ complaints and feedback, escalate when necessary and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to achieve fair outcomes and resolution.
- Deliver delightful service experience by providing accurate and timely response that meets the targeted service turnaround time.
- Comply with relevant regulations, internal guidelines, and procedures.
- Support the business in achieving its financial goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder
- At least 5 years of customer services in life insurance
- Able to handle multitask simultaneously.
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
