Account Payable Officer cum General Cashier (Pre-Opening)

ey Responsibilities:Accounts Payable Duties:

• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare payment vouchers and coordinate with finance for disbursements.
• Ensure all invoices are approved and comply with company policies.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

General Cashier Duties:

• Manage daily cash collections, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Maintain cash float and ensure sufficient funds for daily operations.
• Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the finance department.
• Verify and process petty cash reimbursements.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures comply with company policies.
• Assist in financial audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general cashier roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
