Accounts Receivable Duties:
- Process and monitor incoming payments, ensuring timely collections.
- Issue invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts.
- Coordinate with the sales and front office teams regarding billing matters.
- Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status.
Income Audit Duties:
- Conduct daily income audits to ensure the accuracy of revenue transactions.
- Verify and reconcile financial records from various revenue sources.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in financial data.
- Ensure all revenue transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and audit reports.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or income audit roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required.
