  • Conduct variance analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting for business units.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to extract and visualize data.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of business data across systems.

Business Strategy & Decision Support

  • Provide insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, and process improvements.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through in-depth data analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with finance, operations, sales, and IT teams to align analytics with business goals.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
