  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Solutions Expert. The Solutions Expert will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. The role involves analyzing client requirements, recommending solutions wrt e-Invoicing, and assisting in the sales process by showcasing the technical capabilities of our products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills & domain expert
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability in Consulting and Sales
  • Experience in IT consulting and system integration is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
  • Bachelor's degree in CA or ACCA or equivalent, or related field is preferred
  • 4 yrs minimum required post qualification.
  • Mandatory- local Malaysian resident (Chinese or Malay)
  • Extra points - If carry experience from a big4
