Digital Marketing Executive (Sales)

Key Responsibilities

- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threat.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital sales efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.

- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of Digital Marketing Platform like Google SEM & SEO, Meta and Tiktok
Qualifications
- STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in digital sales, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in digital marketing sales and client engagement
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilites.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, advertising platforms, and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing digital landscape.
