Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for an Outlet Supervisor at BBQ Chicken. The Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the outlet, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the outlet meets health and safety regulations. Tasks include scheduling shifts, training new employees, handling customer complaints, and coordinating with suppliers. The role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate the team and maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing staff and overseeing daily operations
- Customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally
- Understanding of inventory management and coordination with suppliers
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
