- To perform Preventive Maintenance on the equipment in Wafer Test production floor.
- To monitor the equipment uptime and reduce equipment downtime
- To evaluate and troubleshoot existing equipment in order to optimize yield, quality, productivity and cost.
- Provide support to Wafer Test manufacturing group (engineering as well as manufacturing) by ensuring sufficient inventory of spare parts.

- Assist with Customer Quality Incident investigations
- Generate technical documentation such as Preventive Maintenance procedures for the equipment, troubleshooting Best Known Method (BKM), statistical analysis report, evaluation summary report, lessons and learned.
- Ramp-up support, yield optimization, test time reduction and continuous improvement actions.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronic or Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in ATE semiconductor testing preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities
- Collaborative skills for working efficiently in a team having worldwide connections with partners and users
- Self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Good programming know-how (VBA, Python, Power BI) will be an added value
- Experience in statistical tool (Python, O+, R-programming) will be an added value
