  • To perform Preventive Maintenance on the equipment in Wafer Test production floor.
  • To monitor the equipment uptime and reduce equipment downtime
  • To evaluate and troubleshoot existing equipment in order to optimize yield, quality, productivity and cost.
  • Provide support to Wafer Test manufacturing group (engineering as well as manufacturing) by ensuring sufficient inventory of spare parts.
  • Understand 5S methodology and able to practice 5S while performing daily task.
  • Perform data collection and characterization to determine the equipment failure mechanism.
  • Establish cross-functional team with vendor and process engineering to identify and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with Customer Quality Incident investigations
  • Generate technical documentation such as Preventive Maintenance procedures for the equipment, troubleshooting Best Known Method (BKM), statistical analysis report, evaluation summary report, lessons and learned.
  • Ramp-up support, yield optimization, test time reduction and continuous improvement actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronic or Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience in ATE semiconductor testing preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities
  • Collaborative skills for working efficiently in a team having worldwide connections with partners and users
  • Self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Good programming know-how (VBA, Python, Power BI) will be an added value
  • Experience in statistical tool (Python, O+, R-programming) will be an added value
