This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager Automotive located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key automotive accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the continual growth and satisfaction of clients. The role includes regular client meetings, identifying opportunities for partnership and growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for key accounts in the automotive sector.
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends and business performance
- Expertise in Business Planning and strategies to drive growth
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain high client satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
