Retail Brand Marketing - Digital Executive

About the role:
The Retail Brand Marketing - Digital Executive is responsible for implementing digital marketing techniques and strategies for the purpose of increasing traffic to the digital channels and increasing brand exposure. The role holder is also responsible for enhancing digital channels and supporting the business to executive effective marketing campaigns.
Reporting to Retail Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manages the seasonal concept map to implement the store’s digital consumer journey and campaigns at the highest level.
- Works closely with the retail marketing team to coordinate seasonal priorities, door plans, and executions.
- Collaborates with the Category teams to ensure proper product allocation and availability.
- Engages with the budget/brand planning team to prioritize initiatives and manage the brand calendar.
- Partners with the Retail Ops team to oversee the RBM campaign calendar and store campaign execution.
- Plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns to maximize effectiveness and exposure.
- Supports the function in evaluating campaign effectiveness and assists management in devising strategies for improvement.
- Helps identify opportunities to enhance existing digital marketing techniques and improve operational efficiency.
- Works alongside the CRM function on campaign execution and planning.
- Assists with social media marketing and ensures full integration with digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensures that all content adheres to guidelines and supports digital marketing KPIs.
- Maintains communication with external brands to maximize campaign and activation support for our store.
In order to be successful for the role, you should ideally have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge and deep understanding of market outlets, demands, and trends within the region.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills in Business Intelligence, MS Office, and analytical/statistical acumen.
- Creative and innovative individual with a good eye for design.
- Keen interest in E-marketing and knowledge of how to use this to drive sales and promote the company.
