We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as Secretary to the Power Station Manager. This position provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth execution of the Power Station Manager's daily functions and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Power Station Manager.
  • Assist in preparing letters, emails, memos, reports, presentations, and other official correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation systems for ease of retrieval and reference.
  • Coordinate and manage the Power Station Manager’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
