Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Specialist with Mega LifeSciences based in Penang. The KAS will be responsible for engaging with Doctors, Pharmacists, para-medical staff, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires proactive sales strategies, market analysis, and collaboration with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales with prior exposure to chronic therapy areas like Urology, Oncology, Hematology, cardiology and diabetes.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
  • 1-3 years in pharmaceutical sales is a must.
