Your Role
- As part of the Henkel Consumer Brands team, you will be responsible for taking and processing orders from customers from the Professional Beauty Care Trade
- Execute sales plan with the objective of achieving target set for the assigned accounts in your respective territory
- To manage and collect credit overdue/outstanding within the assigned time frame.
- To identify new account development opportunities & increase market share in your respective territory
- Negotiation of customer agreements
- To establish and maintain strong commercial customer relations
- Develop action plan for each customer in line with objectives
- Attends to customer care to ensure that all clients’ needs are fulfilled
- To perform Area Sales Analysis
- Experience in networking / social selling and understanding the needs of customers
- Experience in proposal generation and sales digital fluenc
- Experience in portfolio management, pricing and sales planning
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Keen interest in the Beauty Trade line
