Remote Customer Service Support WFH (insurance)
Monthly Salary RM$4,500 to $5,500 + Bonus
What is this job about?
• We are an insurance brokerage company, seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team.
• This is a fast moving role that involves managing insurance claims and policy renewals for our clients.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail and resolve insurance queries.
What would I be responsible for?
• Provide first-class customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle insurance claims, ensuring they are processed accurately and timely.
• Manage policy renewals, providing clients with updated terms and conditions.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all company products, services, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling of additional insurance products.
Do you have what it takes?
• Prior experience in insurance operations work.
• Speak, write and read excellent business English.
• Understanding of insurance claims and renewal processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fast moving role, 1 business response time to all enquiries
