- Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations.
- Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests.
- Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
- Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
- At least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree certificate in any field.
- Excellent English & Japanese language skills (Native/JLPT N1 or N2 speakers).
- Independent & Customer Oriented Person
- Willing to work on rotational shift including weekend and public holiday.
