Job Description

  • Support a wide range of HR activities, including HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions, Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, and operational HR processes.
  • Assist in delivering HR processes across the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.
  • Work closely with the HR Lead to implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policy rollouts aligned with business needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and support the development of best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR related experiences preferably in a fintech or financial industry
  • Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic environment is a plus.
