- Manage part-time agent: task assignments, monitor KPIs and QA score.
- Training and coaching of agents performance for quality improvement.
- Scheduling and monitoring attendance for part-time agents.
- Administrative work of managing timesheet tracking for part-time agents.
- Execute urgent content takedowns and identify gaps that address content-related issues.
- Elevate and escalate red flags to management from a duty-of-care perspective
- Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs.
- Assist team leader in other tasks assigned
- Bachelor's degree or above, 1-2 year of experience in content moderation / trust & safety/ content quality assurance
- Fluent command of the English language is a must, both verbal and written forms
- Good understanding on online content moderation safety
- Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
- Familiar with MS office software such as Excel, Word is a plus
- Good communication skills, able to abstract problems and find solutions proactively
