We are seeking a highly motivated Data & IT Operations Analyst to oversee and streamline data management, analysis, and IT operational tasks within our F&B business. This role will support the company's growth by ensuring seamless integration of data across platforms for business insights while managing internal IT needs.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Consolidate, manage, and maintain data from multiple platforms, including SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets, and APIs.
- Develop and automate reports to provide actionable insights into sales, overhead costs, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to identify key metrics for performance tracking and improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems.
- Manage company-wide IT systems, including email creation, grouping, key phone systems, device procurement, and licensing.
- Serve as the point of contact for IT-related issues, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Support the setup and integration of POS systems, ordering systems, and attendance systems for new outlets.
- Explore opportunities to centralise and internalise system management for better efficiency and cost control.
- Work closely with vendors to optimise and integrate the company's POS, attendance, and ordering systems.
- Build internal capabilities to manage and maintain systems, reducing reliance on external vendors.
- Implement best practices for data synchronisation and system scalability across the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management and analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets, APIs, and other data tools.
- Hands-on experience with IT operations and system integration in a retail or F&B environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical proficiency in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in Malaysia
