Retail Executive/ Management Trainee
Job Responsibilities
Operation
· To lead & assist SM/SIC in manage and prevail retail operation functions and performances ; involving duties in supervisory, opening and closing of store, cash handling of daily sales, merchandising restocking, administration, and stock receipt reports as well in sales reports
· Communicate and coordinate with other departments and PICs in ensuring the smooth execution and high level of quality for all operation activities of outlet
· Managed and handle all aspects of the assigned outlet
· Maintain & managed cashier
· Maintain all necessary documentation
· Identifies, recommends, and implements systems to minimize loss of merchandise, money, or company assets and reports to relevant person in charge
· Ensure & maintain low shrinkage as per KPI
Sales and Marketing
· Able to understand the process of disposal and return of damaged stocks
· Assist & monitor as well replenish merchandise and standard display according to Company’s requirements
· Ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correctly label and up to Company’s standard of practice
Inventory
· Monitor and handling of housekeeping and the ordering process of outlet’s stocks
· Planning, coordination, recording and process control of incoming & outgoing stocks ; including preparation of stock report, stock conditions and expiry details
Talent Acquisition & Management
· Ensure sufficient manpower for outlet by working actively alongside with HR on recruitment
· Scheduling and planning for sufficient manpower for daily operation
· Oversee the staffs’ activities and work performance within their assigned area
· Assist in providing on-the job training for new and existing staff as required
Administration & Ad-hoc
· Ensure compliance with Company’s policies and operational guidelines
· Report to SM/SIC on progress and issues
· To ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness, tidiness and effective display of merchandise and outlet as a whole
· Provide excellent customer service and solutions by mastering the product knowledge as for recommendation to customers
· Participate in any ad-hoc projects/task as assigned by the management
