Position: Sales and Client Relations
Office Location: KL Podcast Studio, Petaling Utama
Role Summary:
KL Podcast Studio is seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team in Sales and Client Relations. The successful candidate will handle client inquiries, manage bookings, deliver accurate quotations, maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure excellent customer service. This role involves working collaboratively with our internal teams to enhance client experiences and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager for inquiries through social media DMs.
- Booking Coordination: Ensure client bookings are accurately managed, confirmed, and communicated. Follow up with clients before and after their podcast sessions to guarantee satisfaction.
- Quotation & Invoice Management: Prepare and send quotations as requested by clients, accurately maintaining records of quotations, invoices, and sales transactions.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the frontline representative of KL Podcast Studio, ensuring clients receive outstanding customer service at all times.
- Sales Collaboration: Work with management to identify opportunities and strategies to increase bookings, revenue, and customer retention.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, summarizing performance, leads, conversions, and client feedback.
- Follow-Up & Feedback Loop: Regularly follow up with clients for feedback and work with the internal team to continuously improve services.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Occasionally travel between studio locations or to client premises as required to facilitate client interactions and sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or client relations preferred; fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Interest or basic knowledge in podcasting or content creation is advantageous.
- Malaysian citizens only.
Compensation:
Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 + OT + Commissions
