Your role and responsibilities
Join us as HR Intern for our Motion Business Area where you will be supporting across various HR Projects. The position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Business being based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for: • Reviewing Training and Developments policy. • Working out HRDC processes to give awareness to employees. • Supporting in engagement initiatives i.e. LCG Day. sports meeting, etc. • Moving from manual to e-process quarterly award recognition program. • Supporting with HRTP Program. • Encompassing and assisting various projects like employee engagement, culture building, any other local initiatives.
Qualifications for the role
- Pursuing a Degree in HR, Psychology or Business.
- Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A zealous & quick learner and passionate about people.
- Independent, driven go-getter. Flexible team player.
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
