About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resources HR Executive / Administrator / Assistant to join our team at Neuropower (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a key part in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing:
Human Resources Functions
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates (if applicable).
- Send offer letters and handle new hire documentation.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees, including access card issuance, SIM card/phone setup, and workspace arrangements.
- Monitor staff attendance and leave management, including handling medical certificates (MCs).
- Identify skill gaps and training needs, organize learning programs, and coordinate workshops.
- Support workforce planning and collaborate with department heads to address HR needs.
- Improve workplace culture and diversity initiatives.
- Implement HR technology and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee engagement).
- Support organizational restructuring and change management.
- Attend management meetings to discuss HR strategies.
Office Administration & Facility Management
- Arrange gifts, flowers stands, birthday cakes, and hampers for clients.
- Handle hotel and air ticket bookings for staff travel.
- Oversee office item replenishment to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor cleaner performance and office upkeep.
- Coordinate with external suppliers for office maintenance (e.g., air conditioning, plumbing, window cleaning, lift maintenance).
- Ensure compliance with office safety and maintenance standards.
- Assist in safety officer training as a backup for compliance requirements.
Event Planning and Corporate Trips
- Plan and host company events, including team-building activities, festive celebrations, and staff appreciation events.
- Organize incentive trips for esteemed clients, from vendor selection to itinerary planning.
- Source and liaise with vendors for company events, ensuring smooth execution and budget adherence.
- Manage logistics and coordination for corporate gatherings, training sessions, and staff retreats.
