    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for the Air & Ocean freight services. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth by securing key accounts and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners. You will also lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring that targets are met while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by HQ.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers. This involves researching industries, markets, and leads to find new prospects.
    • Actively seek out and generate leads through various means such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
    • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the logistics solutions and services provided by the company
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Stay informed about logistics industry trends, competitive services, and market conditions.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, especially when dealing with international logistics and transportation.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and customer satisfaction.
