  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

1. Project Execution & Engineering Leadership

  • Oversee the operations aspect of projects and ensure close liaison with Technical Department to ensure that all submission and approval are in order.
  • Supervise site operations, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality execution per specifications and company standards.
  • Ensure that all construction and site activities comply with shop drawing and project

    specifications.

    2. Project Management & Coordination

    • Support the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
    • Monitor progress, risks, and project milestones, proactively addressing potential problems and delays.
    • Liaise with clients, main contractors, suppliers, internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
    • Work together with Quantity Surveyor and assist in managing contracts, project documentation, and variation orders (if any).
    • Track and report budget performance and cost control measures.

      3. Quality and Compliance

      • Ensure all work by operations team is performed in compliance with company standards.
      • Implement quality control measures, conducting inspections and audits as needed.
      • Drive a culture of continuous improvement on project sites.

        4. Leadership, Growth & Career Development

        • Mentor and guide junior engineers and site supervisors, fostering a learning environment.
        • Develop leadership and decision-making capabilities.
        • Take increasing responsibility for project-wide oversight, developing a project management mindset.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably Chinese or able to communicate (speak, read and write) in Chinese as we also deal with China clients and main contractors.
  • At least five years of experience in construction, structural or specialist subcontracting (post-tensioning experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with local consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems independently, and take initiative
  • Location: Office in Ara Damansara, but must be willing to travel
  • Salary: RM6,000 – RM7,000
  • Reporting to: Project Manager
