
Talent Acquisition (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
What you will do
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting e.g. hiring, interviewing, and recruiting.
· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
· Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or staffing agency)
· Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
· Experience working in a BPO industry is an advantage
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong decision-making skills

Working days/time: Office hours (Monday-Friday/9am - 6pm)
