- Answer calls from customers and Foreign Workers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, drafts, delivery order and emails
- Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements for Foreign Workers
- Processing monthly payroll
- Contract drafting and stamping
- Updating and keeping track of workers detail
- Minimum education is Degree in any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 1 years working experience in related field
- Able to communicate with English averagely
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
