1. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation

  • Design engaging visual content for various channels including social media, websites, advertisements, email campaigns, and printed materials.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Design marketing collateral such as banners, bunting, name cards, company profiles, packaging, labels, and backdrops for events or booths.
  • Maintain and update visual templates for internal documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure proper file organization and backup for all design work and digital assets.
  • Maintain consistency of branding across all touchpoints — fonts, logos, colors, and tone.

2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Support (if applicable)

  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including visuals for Facebook Ads, Google Display Network, and e-newsletters.
  • Create content calendars with design planning and work with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals.
  • Monitor social media engagement (likes, shares, reach) and propose improvements in visuals or layout.
  • Suggest new creative trends and approaches in digital design and marketing.

3. Website & Social Media Content Management

  • Design and update visuals for website banners, landing pages, and product visuals.
  • Upload, schedule, and optimize posts on social media platforms with appropriate captions, hashtags, and tags.
  • Coordinate with external developers or agencies to implement visual and UI changes.

4. Event & On-Ground Marketing Support

  • Design event-related materials including bunting, brochures, uniforms, and backdrops.
  • Assist in the setup of promotional booths, photo walls, or marketing displays when needed.
  • Take event photos and support in content creation before, during, and after events.

5. Collaboration & Internal Communication

  • Liaise with sales, operations, and HR teams to design internal memos, training manuals, or company updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their design needs — from festive greetings to product launches.
  • Participate in weekly marketing team meetings to brainstorm ideas and track progress.
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong creative thinking and an eye for visual storytelling and layout.
  • Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team.

Added Advantage:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, SEO, Canva).
  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
  • Experience with content creation for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Photography or videography skills.
