1. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation

- Upload, schedule, and optimize posts on social media platforms with appropriate captions, hashtags, and tags.
- Coordinate with external developers or agencies to implement visual and UI changes.
4. Event & On-Ground Marketing Support
- Design event-related materials including bunting, brochures, uniforms, and backdrops.
- Assist in the setup of promotional booths, photo walls, or marketing displays when needed.
- Take event photos and support in content creation before, during, and after events.
5. Collaboration & Internal Communication
- Liaise with sales, operations, and HR teams to design internal memos, training manuals, or company updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their design needs — from festive greetings to product launches.
- Participate in weekly marketing team meetings to brainstorm ideas and track progress.
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for visual storytelling and layout.
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team.
