More about the role

Working as a Customer Order Specialist at Signify is dynamic and exciting. You will be responsible for the order management & customer service for Signify Professional Lighting business in Malaysia and help ensure smooth execution of Professional Lighting order management from PO to project invoicing.

Customer / Stakeholder Management

  • Main customer liaison after PO handover—contact point for customer / product delivery related issues

  • Provide support to Sales/KAMs in achieving monthly sales targets

  • Manage customer expectation on product lead times

  • Assist in related administrative work and the resolution of Accounts Receivable (AR) issues

Project Management

  • Manage and ensure smooth execution and operation of entire Project Flow (From PO to project invoicing)

  • Oversee coordination for Systems & Services (S&S) projects

Delivery Schedule Management

  • Set up, manage and maintain project specific delivery schedules

  • Coordinate with KAMs, customers, supply planners and 3rd party logistic partners to warrant timely and accurate deliveries and for other related arrangements

Others

  • Support with invoices management for S&S projects

  • Lead in local audit and consolidate documentation from order-desk team

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma with 3+ years of customer handling experience and project order execution

  • Proven ability/hands-on experience handling order acquisition and working closely and directly with sales teams

  • Strong understanding of customer order execution cycle

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Speed & execution mindset

  • Systems Savvy in SAP and Excel

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
