Position Title: Technical Support
Location: Genting Highlands
Working Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working tenure: 1 year contract (12 months)
Responsibilities
- To understand overall technical support ticketing process and procedure.
- Complete technical tasks and assignment according to ticketing system.
- Track ticket status and make sure no missing SLA (service level agreement) complaints.
- To prepare daily and detailed technical support reports to customers.
- Updating daily and weekly status reports when required by the supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
- Capable of performing technical fault findings.
- Able to contribute to root cause analysis, rectification process and solutions.
- To standby for ad hoc technical support on a rotation basis.
- Able to do site visits and gather information to assist Engineering team to prepare solution and proposal.
- Perform schedule preventive maintenance service.
- Complete schedule preventive maintenance checklist and report in a timely manner.
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a minimum Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience
- Good in communication skills and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work extra time, public holidays, and weekends whenever necessary.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to the outstation from time to time.
- Having some knowledge or experience in work related to CCTV System & Access Control is an added advantage.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
