Job Overview
We are looking for a Cable Support Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to assist customers with cable-related inquiries and technical support. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to cable services, installations, troubleshooting, and support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Assist in diagnosing technical problems and coordinating with internal teams for further support.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Document customer interactions and update the support system accordingly.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) – required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
