Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and record-keeping.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, memos).
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in related administrative tasks, including employee records management.
- Perform research and compile data for reports or projects.
- Ensure office procedures and policies are followed.
- Support other departments as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM400.00 per month
