  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate Horizontal CNC Milling and 5-Axis CNC Milling machine with Heidenhain or Fanuc Controllers .
  • Setting up machine to perform complex component machining.
  • Ensure machined component meet customer’s engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances), particularly component for Semiconductor Equipment.
  • Program and edit CNC coding (e.g., G code, M code); optimize cutting parameter to improve machining efficiency.
  • Design simple machining fixture, to enhance the consistency of machining part quality.
  • Select the suitable CNC machine tools (e.g., cutting tools, tool holders), according on material characteristic.
  • Inspect machined workpieces and verify dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
  • Monitor daily production output, keep track on machine running hours.
  • Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualification

  • Minimum vocational or technical certificate in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years experience in precision machining; semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on skills in CNC machine operation and setup.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawing and GD&T.
  • Good understanding of tools setting, projections (1st and 3rd angle), zero datum and reference points.
  • Proficient in Heidenhain code, M-Code and G-Code programming.
  • Hands-on experience with Heidenhain, Fanuc and/or Siemens Controller.
  • Positive work attitude, highly committed, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Willing to work overtime, with strong attendance record.
  • Experience in Malaysia’s machining industry is an added advantage

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
