  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Details:

  • Contract duration: 6 months
  • Remuneration package: MYR 3,800
  • Work location: Kuala Lumpur
  • Work mode: Minimum 3 days in office with Wednesday as compulsory day in office
  • Office Hour: 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

As the logistics customer service support, you will be supporting the logistics team in the services of managing shipping and International logistics for solid waxes.

More specifically, your role will include:

  • Involve in the end-to-end shipping ordering process for solid wax in a timely manner, including:

A) Sales Order creation in SAP and Sales Force system

B) Processing of solid wax shipment cost and freight invoices

C) Issuance of shipping documents to customers

D) Freight insurance application (CIF cargo only)

E) Ensure the documents are uploaded in department’s sharepoint.

  • Commit to meet the Team’s KPIs and deadlines.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to prioritize and manage own time effectively during busy periods.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Familiar with containerized shipping, customer service, Microsoft Excel and SAP system is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM3,800.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Logistics or Supply Chain: 1 year (Preferred)
