Job description:
- Provide pre-sales technical support and product consultation to customers.
- Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and technical proposals.
- Respond to technical inquiries and assist with product-related questions.
- Coordinate with the product and engineering teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support in the preparation of quotations and tender documents with technical input.
- Follow up on project progress and ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Conduct training sessions and product knowledge sharing for internal staff and clients.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical support or technical sales.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of products (temperature sensors, calibration equipment, instrumentation, or similar industrial products would be an advantage).
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
