Position: Bilingual Customer Support (English & Mandarin/Cantonese) – Work From Home

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound calls and provide verbal translation between English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Assist customers from diverse backgrounds with effective communication support.
  • Work fully from home with a multinational company and gain valuable experience in making a real impact.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
  • Stable internet connection (100 Mbps or higher).
  • Willing to work rotational shifts (80% night shift, 20% day shift).
  • Able to commit to weekend and public holiday shifts when required.
  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Immediate starters preferred.

Work Schedule & Contract:

  • 12-month full-time contract.
  • 5 working days per week, 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break).
  • 80% Night Shift, 20% Day Shift.

  • Salary: RM5,000 – RM6,000.
