Position: Bilingual Customer Support (English & Mandarin/Cantonese) – Work From Home
Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls and provide verbal translation between English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Assist customers from diverse backgrounds with effective communication support.
- Work fully from home with a multinational company and gain valuable experience in making a real impact.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
- Stable internet connection (100 Mbps or higher).
- Willing to work rotational shifts (80% night shift, 20% day shift).
- Able to commit to weekend and public holiday shifts when required.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Immediate starters preferred.
Work Schedule & Contract:
- 12-month full-time contract.
- 5 working days per week, 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break).
- 80% Night Shift, 20% Day Shift.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: RM5,000 – RM6,000.
