Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in Korean and English.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate solutions and support to customer concerns.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update the database with relevant information.
